I believe that everyone has the ability to transform their own wellness and health. For the last two decades, it has been my mission to facilitate healing through an integration of the body, mind, and spirit.
My sessions are informed by a lifetime of study and practice of yoga, psychology, somatic therapies, reiki, and trauma-informed healing work.
My areas of expertise include chronic pain management, stress reduction/education, and trauma-informed bodywork.
My practice is an inclusive and safe place for all those seeking a life filled with greater wellbeing.
